Business Development Representative - Vehicle Acquistions Assistant / Social Media Assistant

The Business Development Representative is responsible for confirming service appointments, preparing used vehicle bids for vehicles in the service department, establishing relationships with customers and scheduling appointments for the Sales Associates.

The Representative interacts daily with the Sales Managers, Sales Associates, Service Appointment Cordinator, support staff and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing service appraisal's for vehicles in the service department
  • Contacting clients prior to service appointment date to confirm appointment
  • Following up post visit to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Managing Social Media accounts on a daily and consistent basis

Requirements

  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background
  • Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Excellent problem solving skills

Compensation

  • Hourly pay plus commissions
